Is there an easy way to stop a running process using the command
prompt or some other 3rd party executable?
I started to read about the "kill" command but it requires
programming - which I have no clue how to do.
Note: I'm not trying to stop a Service, I'm trying to stop a running
Process. <-- they are different!
I know I can press CTRL-AL-DEL and click Processes - find the process
and "end-task." <-- I want to stop doing this!
I'm looking for something that will end a process by double clicking
an icon and the process will stop.
I'll spare you the details why I need this - Thank you!
But the details of the 'why' might be very useful. Please elaborate.
