Re: Round Robin e-mail

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've done some "googling" and didn't find anything off the bat
Suggest you go here...

and email the contact there. If anyone will know of a solution that works with Exchange...she will

One of the other Exchange MVPs, LanWench post's here frequently too...perhaps she'll chime in with a thought

Thanks Kevin,

I must admit it is unusual ~ This is the only company I do work for
that requires it, but when you understand the structure it makes sense.

Brief Outline :-

The company posts jobs on various websites using industry sector e-mail
addresses, the companies users who deal with this sector are then added
to the group e-mail address. As candidates apply the e-mail is
distributed to these members, but as I am sure you will appreciate
candidates come in different flavours ranging from someone trying to
get a job with no experience or qualifications through to people who
are spot on for the job.

Commision is paid to the user who places a candidate. With the current
system arguments arise as all the users fight for the best candidates.
This is where the round robin comes in as it offers (as best as
possible) a fairish distribution of good & bad candidates.
