Hi Crina,

A slight variation of the regedit worked.
Changing the value to dd/mm/yy resulted in 18/mm/06
but rather than posting another query , I changed the value to dd/MM/yy and
it worked.

Please try these steps on SBS to see if it helps:

1. Open up regedit and set the following registry key:

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Control Panel\International

Value Name: sShortDate
Value Data: dd/mm/yy

2. Run "net stop fax" and "net start fax".

| 1. The date format on the server is set to English(Ireland) and I have
| changed the short date format between dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yy. The Pc's

| 2. The problem does happen when faxing from the server.

| Using the "Preview Fax" option during the Fax Wizard on both the clients

| server shows the date in the correct format. It seems to be on the last

| of the operation when connecting to the server that is changing the date
| format.
