SBS2003 CEICW error

new install of sbs2003, dell preinstall, initialy tried to setup system to
use the DSL over PPOE, started gettings errors after that, initially had two
NICs in system, narrowed it down to one, and am only attempting to get it to
as single NIC with router with IP address, router is plug and play.
here is the error lines from log file:
Error 0x80004005 returned from call to GetServiceConfigURL for
WANPPPConnection().
Call to GetServiceConfigURL for WANIPConnection () returned ok.
Router supports WANIPConnection
Service config URL http://192.168.0.254:2468//WANIPConnection
Error 0x80070389 returned from call to CRFireCommit::ValidatePropertyBag().
