Failed to update schema? Setup can't find the Schema Master (DNS/AD) or the
account isn't a Schema Admin, but I think it's the first condition.

Check that the SBS server (VM) is using it's own ip address as the DNS
sever. It's a static address, correct?

Check that the virtual network interface is "connected"

Post and "ipconfig/all" from the server and install and run the tools.

I am having difficulties installing Exchange 2003 on a new server (it's a
clean install on a VM). I am able to install all the components EXCEPT
Exchange. I get the following errors:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft Windows Active
Directory schema update with error code 0XC1037AE6."

-- After hitting cancel the following error comes up:
"Setup failed while installing sub-component Domain-level containers with
error code 0x8007200A."

Again, this is a new install on a clean server with no other machines on
the
network.
