Do you have a Dynamically assigned IP from road runner? (is this a residential service rather than business)?

There are 2 cards in the sbs server
1 connected to the external ISP and 1 to the network.

There is also 1 additional card in the sever but not installed (it was going to be for a wifi network however i was then told to do it another way) It's never been activated or drivers installed etc.
Do you think it would make a difference if this was physically removed?
How were you able to tell this may be the problem?
