No trusts is one of the basic SBS limitations.

Thanks everyone for you comments, I ended by creating a new domain my
theory
was to then create trust relationships between the domains but apparently
SBS
2003 doesn't support this.
This has been a good exercise what happens when cutting costs when
purchasing software.

Hi All,
Hope someone can offer some help please. We had a SBS2003 server as a
domain controller & web services but due to various problems migrated our
domain to a W2003 Standard edition
And removed the SBS 2003 Server as a Domain controller. No the SBS 2003
server shuts down periodically with the error
This computer must be configured as a domain controller. It will be shut
down in 30 minutes. To prevent this computer from shutting down, run
Setup on
the disk that you used to install the operating system to configure the
computer as a domain controller. Does anyone know if this is correct as
all
we want is the SBS to run as a stand alone server.
