Change listening port 2003 SBS

Hello

I just setup a standalone 2003 sbs server and "allowed RDP" on the machine. I want to change the default port to 3390 from 3389 so I searched through the registry for

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp

and it was not there?
RDP is functioning as it should on 3389 but that specific key is not in the registry.
Is there another location for this in 2003?
.
