Hi, Abdul,
In ISA it's a multi-step process. First you have to define Protocol(s) that
use those ports. Do this in the User-defined section of the Protocol
definitions tab. Then once the protocols are defined you can create Firewall
policies that use those protocols to open the needed ports.
If you have a hardware firewall, also you'll have to forward the ports there
to the server external NIC.
You can find instructions to set up the protocols at ISASERVER.ORG.

I am not an IT expert but i need your help to setup PC Anywhere on my small
business server. I do not have installed ISA server 2004. I can not find
the
place where i can put the Port 5631 and 5632. Basicaly i need this setup

give access to one internal pc from an external network. I have tried
remote
desktop access bt thats not very useful. I want to train my staff on my pc
while they can share the same screen with me. In Remote desktop access i
cant
share the screen it goes blank as they connect with me. Please advice me.
Can
i do that with Small business server or not.
