Problem solved - turned out to be an update to .NET framework!

When any user connects to OWA using ie browser, the login is successful
but the page only displays in text form (no icons - just box with red 'x')
and no folders or mails are shown. Clicking on anything causes 'errors on
page'.
Any ideas?
