Depending on how you want to backup (each server separately or one solution to backup everything
Many are now using portable harddrives to backup SBS using the native SBS backup wizard which is Exchange and SQL aware.
But if you want to backup all servers with one solution, you will need tape drive with autoloader as its going to require multiple tapes.

I would want to install SBS from scratch on the main server. What do you
think about disaster recovery? Having a second server of course would help
avoid complete downtime but what about the main SBS server. Tape backup
plus an imaging solution? That's what I would lean toward.
