I've ran into a problem installing the 5th item in the Service Pack 1
kit - what Microsoft calls the "Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service
Pack 1 Component".

What's happening is that the part where the "blue bar" is shown and it's
saying something along the lines of "installing component" seems to be in
a loop. The blue bar has completed and started over about 8 times. I left
the client's location with it still running thinking that we'd wait it
out. I guess I have two questions:

1 - is this normal?
2 - what will happen if I "end task" on it?
