Are there any services stopped? besides the ones you listed which I'm not concerned about at this point
Have you tried rebooting? Can you do a straight RDP rather than RWW to RDP?

I have two parts question that I think may be related to each other:
First, I had Norton antivirus software installed on the sbs 2003 server and
removed it to install the sophos sbe. After a while I started noticing that
there were four automatic start services that were not being started. All
services related to intel.
The services are:
Intel PDS
Intel file transfer
Intel Alert Originator
Intel Alert Handler
Also I have noticed that up to a couple of days ago, I could connect to the
sbs2003 using the connect to server via rww. (RDP from the rww to the
server) now I cannot connect to the server - the message I receive is the
following:
The remote connection has time out. Please try connecting to the remote
computer again.
I did run the internet wizard to see if that could help and checked that the
server has remote desktop connection checked.
What else can I do ...
