This problem has been going on for a number of months, so if it is a
patch issue it was a while back that it was installed, the server is
all up to date, I have had a similar problem with w2003k and isa
firewall, on two identical installation on one the iis stopped almost
every week and needed a reboot to start, I in the end rebuilt the
server and the problem stopped but I never did get to the bottom of the
problem I have a feeling that it is somehow related to the isa server, I
have disabled the isa server and managed to lose the iis services, may
try to completely remove the isa from sbs to see if that helps
