Hi Michael,
Thank you for you update.
In my previous post, I just want to confirm how you receive mail on
clients. As the nature of the protocol, POP3 protocol will purge all
messages from server until you complete send/receive. Absolutely you can
not receive email from other workstation. From you description, I think you
use RPC (MAPI Client) to establish connections with your exchange server.
So please make sure you deliver you messages to mailbox, not Local PST file:
To do so:
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Switch to Classic View, and then double-click Mail.
3. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Email Accounts
4. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then
click next.
5. In the next dialog box, under Deliver new e-mail to the
following location: ensure select "mailbox-First name, Last name". For
instance: mail- Chace Zhang
Also, if you access OWA from these clients, http://FQDN/Exchenge(or
https://FQDN/Exchange) can you find these message in Website.
Hope this helps, I look forward to your update.
Have a nice day!
Best Regards,
Chace Zhang (MSFT)
