no remote folder in Remote Web Workplace

Hello,
I installed Service Pack 1 on SBS but cannot find RWW. Also there is no
"remote" folder installed in IIS. I tried reinstalling the service pack
several times but still no remote folder. I also had another problem,
that the folder Clientapps was not installed in the original SBS
installation, which stopped the service pack installation initially. I
overcame this by copying the clientapps folder onto a drive manually
and adding the registry key. The service pack said it didn't install
successfully but appears as installed in Add or Remove programs.
