Assuming you have a method for doing so securely...store the passwords
Do you have a lockbox? put them on paper and lock them up
PDA you can secure (or maybe your cell?)

up until this point i've been using strong passwords that I've kept
memorized so i can easily log into clients machines when i go around
the office after hours to install, check, etc...
Well, we are getting too large (i have 15 passwords memorized, but i'm
reaching the end of my brain limit i guess :-), and i want to have the
server start using the password policy of having the user change their
passwords every couple of months and have them based on good, strong
passwords...
But, i like the power of how it is now with my being able to just go
to any machine and login to that user (or Remote Desktop in) and be on
their account...is there a happy medium somewhere (i know i can always
log into their computers as an administrator, but i want to be in
their user account/desktop -- logging in as them)?
