OWA Problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

SBS2k3 server with 2 nic's, no external firewall, configured for OWA.
I cannot connect to [ext. ip]/exchange - from an external pc, even though I
can connect to the server via VNC, VPN, and remote desktop using the same
ext ip.

I can get OWA from within the local lan, and I have checked the isa ports
which are open for OWA.

Anybody have any ideas as to what I'm missing? I'm sure it must be something
simple.
