You need to check the "Automatically update e-mail addresses based on

I have an external mailbox at my first name at outlookbythesound.com.
However, my domain user name is my first name plus my middle initial.
I want my primary SMTP email address to be the name at my external
mailbox, not my domain name. Now, when I create a new email address,
either in the SBS users page, or in AD, I can set it to Primary, but
when I say apply or OK, the primary is switched back to the domain user
name. How can I change that? Is there a Policy that forces that
naming rule?
