I recently upgraded my SBS 2003 to SP1. Everything seemed to go fine.
However, now I am getting a daily error in my server performance report
under "Auto-Started Services not running". It is complaining about the
Windows Service Pack Installer Update Service not running. I looked and it
is set to automatic but when I try to start the service, it stops
immediately with a message saying that some services only run when needed. I
understand this, but why am I getting the error reported daily?
Thank you for any help with this matter.
