Steve,
I don't know why, but i came back today and it appears to be somewhat
working except that everytime i refresh a page using the VS it asks me for
my username and password again.
I also do not know why it is not on port 80. This is my first install of VS
and the default port that popped up during the installation process was 1024
so I left it at that. Is it supposed to install on port 80 instead? Would
a re-install of VS and selecting port 80 for the Admin site fix that?
Thanks
TR

Hi Steve.
I am accessing the page by using the FQDN of the SBS2K3 box.

Why is this not on port 80 as normal?
And have you tried removing the FQDN in favour of localhost?
The events log is registering the following error:
The service principal names for Virtual Server could not be registered.
Constrained delegation cannot be used
until the SPNs have been registered manually. Error 0x80072098 -
Insufficient access rights to perform the operation.
I implemented KB 890893 but it still doesn't work.
So you installed the Support Tools, and used the SETSPN command?
What does "setspn -L <servername>" return?
