Thank you for posing here. I appreciate Cris's input, here I would like to
provide other info on this issue.

According to your description, it seems this issue only occurs on specific
machine.

I suggest you schedule a non-business time to perform a clean boot on this
problematic client.

To do so:

1. Click Start, click Run, type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks) in
the Open box, and then click OK.
2. In the Startup tab, click the "Disable All" button.
3. In the Services tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" checkbox,
and then click the "Disable All" button.
4. Click OK and restart your computer.

Also, if you map a network driver on this workstation, does this issue
reproduce after perform a reboot.
