Problem with multiple access to one exchange email account

Hi,

I am having a problem in configuring user email accounts on SBS 2003.
They are all exchange accounts and client PC's connect to those
accounts by selecting the user's default exchange accounts in Outlook.
They all work ok in sending/receiving emails except for that an email
only goes to the first PC where is read. That is, the same person
cann't get the same list of emails from different PCs.

The same is true with RWW, once an emai is read from a client PC, it
disappears from the RWW.

So what would be the solution such that all the emails are stored on
the server and an user can see the same list of his emails from any
clients?
