Thank you for posting here.

"The screen that appears once successfully authenticated is not the normal
web view."

In order to address this issue better, please let me know the following
info:

1. Please send me a screen shot of this issue. To do this, please follow
the steps below:

a) When the screen appears, press PrScrn (this key is located to the right
of the F12 key on the keyboard)
b) Create a new Word document and open it.
c) Press Ctrl + V to paste the screen shot into the document.
d) Send this document as the mail's attachment to my mailbox ;
(v-chacez@xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

2. If you access OWA from internal workstation. Does this issue persist?


Currently, we can not isolate this issue is caused by some missing or
damaged fonts, Could you first try the following steps to see if they can
help?

If the problem still occurs, please try the following steps to reset all IE
settings to the defaults:

1. Delete the cookies
1) Click Start, click Search and click For Files or Folders
2) Type "Cookies" (without the quotation marks) and click Search Now
3) Delete files in the cookie directory

2. Delete all the temporary files
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click Tools, click Internet Options and click Delete Files button in the
General tab

3. Delete the downloaded objects
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click Tools, click Internet Options and click settings button in the
General tab.
3) Press View Objects.
4) Remove all the Objects there.

4. Remove the Plug-Ins in Internet Explorer
1) Close all the Internet Explorer windows.
2) Open a Windows Explorer window by right Click My Computer and choose
Explore.
3) Locate the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS
4) Remove all the files in this folder.
Note: You may also move them to another folder.

5. Delete SoftwareDistribution folder
1) Stop Automatic Updates service.
a. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc.
b. In the right pane, stop the Automatic Updates service.
2) Delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder.
3) Test the issue again.

6. Reset all settings of Internet Explorer
1) Under the General tab, click Clear history button.
2) Under the Security tab, click Default Level button.
3) Under the Content tab. Under Content Advisor the button default is
"Enable..."
Click on "Clear SSL" under Certificates, and click on "OK."
4) Under "Local Area Network (LAN) settings" click on the "LAN Settings..."
button - remove all checkmarks and settings unless actually required to use
a proxy and close the window
5) Under the Programs tab, click Reset Web Settings.
6) Under the Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults button.
Under Browsing put a checkmark into or remove the checkmark from "Enable
third-party browser extensions (requires restart)".
7) Click on "Apply", then "OK"
8) Close Internet Explorer and restart the computer.

7. Disable all third party Add-ons
1) Open Internet Explorer.
2) Click Tools to select Manage Add-ons.
3) Disable all third party Add-ons.


The symptom may occur if you have installed the URLScan tool on the Web
server where OWA is installed, and you have not changed the default
settings. In this case, you can refer to the following Knowledge Base
article to modify URLScan settings or remove it.

325965 The URLScan tool may cause problems in Outlook Web Access

The issue may also be related to Antirus/Backup application scanning the
following folders in Exchange Server. Please ensure the following folders
are excluded from the application scan list.

1. Exchange databases (default location: Exchsrvr\Mdbdata)
2. Exchange MTA files (default location: Exchsrvr\Mtadata)
3. Exchange temporary files: Tmp.edb
4. Additional log files (default location: Exchsrvr\server_name .log)
5. Virtual server folder (default location: Exchsrvr\Mailroot)
6. Site Replication Service (SRS) files (default location:
Exchsrvr\Srsdata)
7. Internet Information Service (IIS) system files (default
location:\Winnt\System32\Inetsrv)
8. Working folder for message conversion .tmp files. (default location:
Exchsrvr\Mdbdata)

In addition, please also collect the IIS log files on the Exchange server
with the following steps.

(1) Open IIS MMC, right click Default Web Site and then click Properties.
(2) Click Website tab and then check Enable logging.
(3) Select W3C Extended Log File Format from the list below.
(4) Click the Properties button beside. In the General Properties tab,
please confirm the following settings:

Check the option "Daily".
Check the option "Use local time for file naming and rollover"
Confirm the setting for "Log file directory" to be
"%WinDir%\System32\LogFiles"

(5) In the Extended Properties tab, please check all the Extended Logging
Options. Click OK. Click OK.
(6) Then, reproduce the problem. All actions will be logged under the
folder "C:\WINNT\System32\LogFiles\W3SVC#" (# is a number. The number for
the Default Web Site is 1).
Please send the latest log files to me.
