Granted that these may be generated by the clients ISP and not the end
user system. I believe we are using a Smart Host throught BT to send
the mails but will need to check.
I have some header details from e-mail which have been delayed. I will
check these again for any indications of delays.
Had you begun your post with the initials 'BT'...
.... I would have mentioned that I had recently been chasing emails
delayed by up to a week by BT. End of story, I think.
