Hi Azhar,
Thanks for your posting and also thanks Les's input.
You may also want to consider reading the following information in regards
this issue:
Firstly please make sure the subfolders of my document are not private.
This issue may occur if you do not have permissions to access some of the
files that are located in Documents and Settings\<UserName> folder that
corresponds to the user who you are trying to migrate. You may experience
this issue even if the Documents and Settings\UserName folder is not marked
as private.
To workaround this issue:
NOTE: Before following these steps, confirm that the "Make this folder
private" check box is cleared for the user who you are trying to migrate.
1. On the client computer, quit the Windows Small Business Server Network
Configuration Wizard if it is running.
2. Start Windows Explorer, and then open the SBSNetSetup.log file by using
a text editor such as Notepad. This file is located in the following folder
on the client computer: %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server\Clients
3. Examine the log file for information that is similar to the following:
CProfileList::IsPrivateProfile( <UserName> )
CProfileList::IsPrivateProfile() - starting the search [C:\Documents and
Settings\<UserName>]
CProfileList::IsPrivateDir() - returning TRUE for [C:\Documents and
Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Temp\JunkFiles]
CProfileList::FindPrivateDir() - returning TRUE [C:\Documents and
Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Temp\JunkFiles]
In this log file, the last two lines return a value of True for private
files in the temporary folder of the affected user's profile.
4. Delete the files that the SBSNetSetup.log file indicates are private
from the user's profile. In the example log file from step 3, remove the
files from the affected user's JunkFiles folder.
5. Quit Windows Explorer.
6. Visit the following Web site to migrate the user's profile to Windows
Small Business Server 2003: http://<ServerName>/ConnectComputer

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,

| thanks for all your replies. Recently i was having problems with 2 pcs. I
| tried all this already what both of you have explained but it just did
not
| work. What i did on one pc where temp folder inside Local Settings was
the
| problem, i went into the safe mode deleted it came back in normal mode
and
| temp folder was there again and again the same problem, so i loged in
with
| another user accound, and then started connectcomputer wizard again
selected
| the required user i wanted to migrate and it all went smoothly, no
problems,
| and later on the same 100%profile was migrated, BUT the same scenario did
not
| work on the 2nd PC, 2ns PC was just saying I will not be migrated no
matter
| what you do. inside the setup log it was stating failed
administrator.sandc
| where as .sandc was my previous domain which i deleted already and pc was
now
| in workgroup and there was no .sandc with the administrator account
inside
| documents and setting folder, very strange, anyhow it judt did not work
and i
| had to copy and paste documents manually, and saved the emails in
outlooks
| etc.
