Sync Clocks on VOIP

My supervisor is upset because the clock on his voip is not correct.
He has a shoretel 560 and as far as I can figure (and the manual) there
is no way to manually set the time. Speaking with our phone technician
he says there is a way to sync the clock with an sntp. He also said
that if I have sbs with active directory there should be a way to do it
with the server we have. I am running sbs 2003 with active directory
and I have been trying to find an article that describes how to sync
clients from the server since there isn't too much I can do on the
phone. Everything I have read talks about how windows will
automatically sync with the server, but since this doesn't have windows
(because it is a phone) what do I do? Step by step instructions or a
KB would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
