wss to sps migration

Hi all,

We are currently doing a domain migration and wanted to know if we could
migrate our current WSS SP2 site to SPS SP2. Here are the details:-

CURRENT CONFIG

SBS 2003 SP1
WSS 2003 SP2
SQL 2000
DOMAIN: COMPANYNAME


NEW CONFIG
2003 STD SP1
WSS 2003 SP2
SPS 2003 SP2
SQL 2005
DOMAIN: NEWCOMPANYNAME

We have already applied the SBS Transition Pack and are now currently in the
process of using the ADMT tool to migrate the user accounts and computers
accounts. Once that is done and tested, we wanted to create a new database
for SPS 2003 SP2 and then somehow restore the data from the OLD WSS SP2 Site
running on SQL 2000. Is this possible? Can someone provide me some pointers
and link to articles
