Hi George,
Thanks for your information.
From the IIS log file, we found all query to oma site is using httpprotocol to the 80 port. That is incorrect. Let us do the steps below to
see if it works:
I. Please double confirm the settings of the default Web Site settings as
follows:
1. Open IIS Manager, navigate Web site -> Default Web Site, right click it
to open its Properties page.
2. Under Web site tab, please ensure you have input correct information:
-- IP address: "All Unassigned" (if there is not ISA installed. If the ISA
server is installed, the "IP address" should set as "internalIP of the SBS
server box").
-- TCP port listening on TCP: 80; SSL Port: 443
3. Under Home Directory tab, please ensure you have input correct
information:
--Application Name: root
--Execute Permissions: Script only
--Application Pool: DefaultAppPool
4. Under ISAPI filters tab, by default, there are three filters list here.
They are SBSFLT, fpexedll.dll and OwaLogon. SBSFLT 's priority is High, and
the fpexedll.dll's priority is Low. Also please ensure the paths to these
filters as follows:
-- c:\inetpub\sbsflt\sbsflt.dll
-- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server
Extensions\50\bin\fpexedll.dll
-- C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\ExchWeb\bin\auth\OwaAuth.dll
a. If the SBSFLT list does Not list here, please Add it from the folder
c:\inetpub\sbsflt and then run command "iisreset" (no quotation marks) to
take effect the change.
b. If the SBSFLT list here, please remove it here and Add it from the
folder c:\inetpub\sbsflt\sbsflt.dll.
5. Please also verify the settings of the following VDs as follows:
a. Exchange-oma VD:
- Open IIS Manager
- Open properties of virtual directory exchange-oma
- Select Directory Security tab
- Select Authentication and access control\Edit
- Authentication Methods: Enabled Basic authentication; Enabled Integrated
Windows authentication; Disabled anonymous access
- Select IP address and domain name restrictions\Edit
- Checked Granted access to ensure all IP address can access the site.
b. oma VD:
- Open IIS Manager
- Open properties of virtual directory OMA
- Select Directory Security tab
- Select Authentication and access control\Edit
- Authentication Methods: Uncheck Enable anonymous access; Uncheck
Integrated Windows authentication; Check Basic authentication
- Select IP address and domain name restrictions\Edit
- Checked Granted access to ensure all IP address can access the site.
6. Run command "iisreset" (no quotation marks) to refresh IIS server.
II. Please re-run the CEICW wizard to re-configure all settings in the
wizard. Especially on the Web Server Certificate page, please chose to
create a new web services certificate.
Then please test to see if the issue resolved.
If the issue persists, please help me collect the current IIS metabase for
further analyze. I appreciate your time and efforts to the issue.
Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Jenny Wu

Hi, Jenny,
Here are the log files, etc. zipped up.
I cleared the event logs before performing the procedure, and the System
log came up empty during this time.
I also extracted the relevant time frame from the iis log to save space.
My OWA and RWW work fine.
I hope this helps.
