setting up a microsoft windows2003 member server

Hey all;

Im running a sbs 2003 server and need to get a second server to run
sharepoint and the webpage. I however dont want to run a second
domain. I think that the solution is just to pick up a 2003 server and
make it a member server. This server will ust be hosting the web page
and running sharepoint. Does anyone have another suggestion or would
people agree this is the best way? And if so how should i implement
the server
