When upgrading orfee, I find I have to stop the WMI service, which is
locking the orfee executable. Vamsoft say that they don't find this
on their test systems. Does SBS use the WMI service for something
that straight 2003 server doesn't?
Does it work if you stop the WMI service?
How often are you running into this problem? You can't be upgrading very
often....are you asking only out of curiosity, or is this a genuine concern
for you? I never had to stop a service, and I've been using ORFEE for years,
but one's mileage often varies.
