Solution: VPN Error 721

A few days ago I posted a question. I had a remote user that couldn't access
there network over a VPN from home. They kept getting Error 721. I then
found out that another user had the same problem. I could access the server
using a VPN and there username and passwords. I decided that I must be
something on their home network. Anyway the common factor in the problem was
a Netgear router.

Anyway to solve it I updated the router to the latest firmware and bobs your
uncle it worked. Have no idea why it wouldn't in the first place as there
were no blocks etc.
