Cryptographic and Userenv problems after power failure

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,

I'm using SBS2003 w/ Exchange 2003 and ISA 2004 all fully patched.

After a power outage, the computer would not boot stating there was a
missing or corrupt windows/sysrem32/config/system file. I then booted
with Last Known Good Configuration, and the machine booted without this
error. But things were just not right after boot. I was getting many
digital signature not found messages asking me to continue installation
or stop installation. I do not remember exactly what it stated it was
installing, but I seem to recall it being something related to shadow
copy. I continued and numerous identical windows kept popping up. I
kept hitting continue and eventually, they stopped and have not show up
again.

After that issue was taken care of, I had no internet connectivity. I
manually started some services that failed on the first boot, and then
re-ran the internet connectivity wizard, and regained internet
connectivity.

Having all these problems, I wanted to restore from a backup file
located on another computer, but I then noticed that I could not access
ANY LAN computers.

I rebooted and maintained internet access, but still could not access
any LAN computers.

I am getting the following errors in the application and system logs.
I have searched and searched but can not find any help...especially for
the cryptographic services error...which I suspect as being the main
cause of all this.

Please help.
