The XP/Windows firewall is controlled by Group Policy on your SBS Server > Group Policy Management Console

I recently enabled the firewall on my first SBS install. Since I did, when I
try to FTP (using frontpage among others) I gett an error the effect of:

500 Illegal PORT command
5000 LPRT not understood

I went into windows firewall, and the area where it allows you to disable is
now grayed out. I don't believe it was before I configured the firewall on
the SBS. I have tried turning off the firewall on SBS, but it hasn't helped.
