Did you get the white paper from the Technical Documentaiton section of the SBS 2003 Website?

The instructions for getting the cert over to a WM5 device are pretty clear

Now I found a some more information about using SPAddCert.exe to import the
cert to the mobile device. I downloaded the VZW_SPaddcert.exe program from
the MSFT website. I copied the exe to a new folder on the root of the
device, and then ran the SPaddcert.exe.

I received an error:
Unable to locate any certificate files. Please verify that they exist and
try again.

Any Ideas.?
