Does this issue occur once in a while or frequent?
Do you use pop3 connector to receive email?
If you configure Globale Mailbox in POP3 Connector for all the internal
users, you should make sure the routing rule is correct
Please Enable Message Tracking. For more information, please refer to
the following KB article. You may skip this step if you have enabled it.
