For once, I'll disagree with Susan - having tried that, I had nothing but
problems. What I did, and it has worked very well, is to put a dual WAN
router inbetween ISA and my two internet connections. Hides the complexities
and doesn't get ISA or the CEICW confused. Frankly, ISA doesn't like two
external connections, IME.
I've been using a Xincom dual WAN router for a number of years. They do a
pretty decent job, and were available from more than one online retailer for
a reasonable amount. You don't need or want one that does VPN for you -
leave that to ISA - so you can choose the less expensive model - either the
DPG502 or 602.

I just setup a Windows 2003 SBS Premium Edition for my office. We have
two internet connections, both using routed internal IP Addresses for the
desktops and server. I would like to allow certain services through on
one network card, intranet on another, and other services through on the
other backup internet connection.
I have tried configuring this many times, but am unsure how to configure
ISA Server to allow the traffic right.
I have three network cards in my server as follows:
1st Network Card
IP: x.x.x.3
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.128
Gateway: x.x.x.1
Planned Usage: Internet access from the outside world to ONLY Outlook Web
Access.
2nd Network Card
IP: x.x.x.5 (in same range as above)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.128
Gateway: x.x.x.1
Planned Usage: All intranet traffic, including traffic from 4 other
outside agencies hooked via T1 on different IP ranges and subnets.
3rd Network Card
IP: y.y.y.86
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.240
Gateway: y.y.y.81
Planned Usage: Remote administration and user access via Remote Web
Workplace and built-in SBS "Connect Computer" capabilities.
The Problems I have:
1. Routing issues. Not sure how to setup ISA Server 2004 to allow all
this different traffic sources to specific resources.
2. When putting information into the Network cards I get warnings about
multi-homed and disjoint networks not working correctly. How do I solve
this?
3. How do I ensure that Exchange is sending and recieving mail through the
.3 interface only?
Any help configuring this would be greatly appreciated.
