CEICW-OMA errors

I have been trying to get OMA working on my SBS2K3 server with ISA 2004.
Whenever I run the CEICW I get an error about how the wizard failed during
email setup. I have removed all of the 3rd party anti-virus and anti-spyware.
I see nothing in the event log that seems to relate to this. I've also been
through most of the suggestions concerning OMA in other threads here.

Here is an extract from icwlog.txt with what I think are the corresponding
