Hi,

Thanks for using the SBS newsgroup.

From your description, I understand that you want to know if how to
import
excel spread*** into WSS site. If I am off base, please don't
hesitate
to
let me know.

First please let me know if the WSS site is running on the SBS 2003
server
box and is called Companyweb. If yes, we can do as follows:

1. Go to Companyweb site, click Create menu at the top of the
homepage
and
then click Import Spread*** under Custom Lists.

2. Specify a name and then click Browse...

3. Select the Excel file containing the tasks, and then click Import.

4. In the import dialog, select "Range of Cells" in the Range Type
box.

5. Select all the tasks including the heading to import.

After importing, all the tasks in the Excel file will be in the same
list.
However, each row will be imported as a single item.

If you encountered problem, please check if it is addressed in the
following article:

You receive a "Cannot connect to server at this time. Your list
cannot
be
published" error message when you import an Excel spread*** to use
as
a
basis for a new list in Windows SharePoint Services
