Re: SBS Email woes

Hi,

I appreciate Cris's input and here I have some supplemental information for
you to have a try.

I think the best solution is to grant the full mailbox access permission to
these two users so that these two users can open the shared mailbox
directly. Then you can create two calendar/contact subfolders for these two
users respectively to achieve your requirement.

- Start Active Directory Users and Computers.
- On the View menu, ensure that the Advanced Features check box is selected.
- Double-click the share user account.
- On the Exchange Advanced tab, click Mailbox Rights.
- Click Add, click the userA, and then click OK.
- In the Permissions list, click Allow next to Full Access, and then click
OK.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Add, click the userA, and then click OK.
- Click to select the Allow check box next to Send As & Receive As in the
Permissions list.
- Repeat the above steps for userB.
- Configure Outlook profile for the shared mailbox with the userA and
userBs'' credential respectively.
- You can add the subfolders under contact and calendar in the Share
mailbox.
Note: These folders can be accessed by both of the two users.

For more information, please refer to the following Knowledge Base Article:

I hope the above information helps. Should you have any concern, please
feel free to let me know. I am glad to be of assistance!
