assistance in this thread. Let's discuss it there. For my previous reply,
please help me collect the following information in order to clarify this
issue:
1. Please capture the screenshot of the error message and send it to me at:
v-stezhu@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. Please provide the application log file and send it to
v-stezhu@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
1.) Open Computer Management; click Event Viewer under System Tools.
2.) Right click Application Log and select Save Log file as¡
3.) Select path and type the name.
4.) Click Save.
