Sounds like port 4125 issue. this case study may help,
Connectivity to the remote computer could not be established.
Symptom: When trying to connect to a remote SBS 2003 using a RWW, you may receive this error:
Connectivity to the remote computer could not be established. Ensure that the remote computer is on and connected to the Windows Small Business Server network.....

When connecting to a SBS box via the internet, why do I get the message
"Connectivity to the remote computer could not be established. ..."? This
SBS box is obviously up and running or it wouldn't have responded to the
http://url with the "Welcome" page, nor when I click on "Remote Web
Workplace" would the authentication have taken place, or the certificate have
been checked. I can get all the way to connect to the server desktops but
when I do the connect, then I get the "Connectivity ..." message.
Yet I can connect to a desktop.
So what does the "Connectivity ..." mean?
Thanks,
