RE: SQl Server after upgrade

Hello Emagidson,

Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.

I understand that you cannot turn on Full Test Search in SharePoint on
the SBS Server. If I have misunderstood your issue, please let me know.

I need to confirm with you if you strictly follow our KB837367 to turn on
full-text search:

837367 How to turn on full-text search in Windows SharePoint Services on a
Windows Small Business Server 2003-based computer
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;837367

If you have already performed KB837367, please see my following
suggestions:

1. Use Notepad program to edit a txt file which contains the string
"abc123".

2. Upload the file to the document library.

3. Open SQL Query Analyzer. Connect to the SharePoint database
(ServerName\SHAREPOINT; select Windows authentication method).

4. Run the following command:

Select LeafName from docs where contains (content, 'abc123')

5. Will the system find the content?

For your third questions how to install CRM on SBS Server, please see

Regarding your second and fourth questions, they are much more related
to SQL Server. This inquiry would best be posted to the SQL Newsgroup t
<microsoft.private.directaccess.sqlserver>. The reason why we recommend
posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of
respondents, and other customers who read the newsgroups regularly can
either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

Thank you for your time and understanding!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee
