kind of defeats the purpose of having a tool like exchange
You've restricted things so tightly you can't get the functionality you need.
What is your concern with getting mail from the outside?

is creating a distribution list the only way to fix this issue? also
i've set up my exchange such that users can send mail to external
domains but cannot recieve mails from them. all these mails addressed
to them are recieved in 1 mailbox. i did this using exchange
general->delivery restrictions. but the problem is that the internal
users also cannot send mails to each other. in delivery restrictions
all the users are added to a group and i';ve specified that they
recieve mails 0nly from this group. is it the rite way to do it?
