Just like SBS has RWW and "normal" windows server doesn't, this is one of those things as far as I know

Hi there,
I noticed that on SBS 2003, there is a SBSCert installed in the root CA but
the certificate service is not running.
It works perfect for the webmail (OWA) on SSL and RPC/HTTP (aka
Outlook/HTTP).
I am just wondering how this can be achived and whether the same practice
can be achived on normal windows 2003.
In the normal windows 2003, it seems to me we can not install a root CA
without installing the certificate service.
Thanks in advance,
