RE: ISA Server Management console fails to load

Hi Crina

Thanks for the help and I feedback as follows. I am using the Administrator
account but renamed it for security reasons. I used the new account as you
suggested and was able to rename the Administrator folder. When I next logged
on with my original account, SBS created a new folder (under Documents and
Settings) with the correct name of my username. I assume this is the correct
behaviour.

Unfortunately, I still can not open ISA Server Management and it still gives
me the same error.

Regards

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for your update.

Would you please help me confirm what account you are using to log on SBS?
Is it the original Administrator account? If so, please use the new account
you have created to logon to SBS and then rename the Administrator folder.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Crina Li (MSFT)
