Well it appears that you set your laptop to have access to email "offline" (cached mode)
But to see those mails it still has be associated with your exchange mailbox you cannot delete the Exchange account from your laptop and expect to see emails that are associated with an exchange mailbox

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone might be able to help solve the problem i have.
The server runs windows SBS 2003.
I have set up client connection to the server. Everything works fine
including the outlook 2003 until i went to remove the microsoft exchange
server from the outlook on my laptop (client) and add my account only. The
trouble i have is that when i double-click on any emails in the inbox, i was
unable to view or read the content of the mails. It says This message has not
been fully downloaded from the server. do you want to mark it?.
Is there any way to get this fixed or at least get back to the earlier stage
where i had the microsoft exchange server on the list in the outlook?
Thank you in advance
