Hi Stuart,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
From the description, I understand the issue to be: You can not open ISAServer Management and get snap in fails to initialize. If I have
misunderstood your concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.
As I know, this issue may be caused by corrupted user profile. Please check:
1. Use Add User Wizard to create a new user with Administrator permission.
2. Logon the newly created user on your SBS Server.
3. Check whether the problem persists.
If it does not help, you may need to reinstall ISA Server from Control
Panel.
