RE: Contact list in Send FAX Wizard

Hi Bob,

Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.

I am sorry for the delayed response due to weekend. Please understand that
the newsgroups are staffed weekdays by Microsoft Support professionals to
answer your systems and applications questions. Your understanding is
greatly appreciated!

As I know, you can create a Distribution List on Outlook and then click
Address Book and select the distribution group when you send fax.

For detailed information, please refer to the following KB articles:

| Can someone please give me a step by step procedure for adding a
| global FAX Contact list with the following properties:
|
| a) Ability to access this list from the Send Fax Wizard on all
| clients' computers.
| b) Ability to add new contact information to this list from the Send
| Fax Wizard on each client's computer.
|
| I would also like for this list to come up as the default address book
| in the Send FAX Wizard if that's possible.
|
| Also, I read in a post from about a year ago that Microsoft was going
| to introduce a "new and improved" Send FAX Wizard. Have you heard any
| more on that? Thanks
