Hi Dti,

Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, I think this issue caused by user permission
in WSS. You can use the following method to restore users' permission.

Method 1.

1. Open Server Management.
2. Click Users node.
3. Click Change User Permissions.
4. Follow the wizard to apply a user template to an existing user.

Method 2.

1. Open Companyweb by using administrator account.
2. Click Site Settings.
3. Click Manage Users.
4. Add permissions to users.

Please reun CEICW wizard and verify this issue.
please kindly refer to the following information to run the CEICW, This
will configure the IIS for OWA/Remote Web Workplace/Companyweb, etc.

a. Click Start, click Server Management. Click To Do List and then click
"Connect to the Internet". Click Next, and go through the Internet option.

b. Select Enable firewall and click Next. Ensure E-mail is selected and
Click Next.

c. On the Web Services Configuration page shows, make sure that "Outlook
Web Access", "Remote Web Workplace", "Outlook Mobile Access" and other
websites are selected. Click Next.

d. On the Web Server Certificate page shows. Select "Create a new Web
server certificate", and type your FQDN (mail.domain.com) in the "Web
server name" text box. Click Next.

IMPORTANT: The FQDN that you type in the "Web server name" box must be the
same name that you use to connect to the Web site from the Internet. For
example, if the URL that you use to connect to the OWA is
https://mail.contoso.com/exchange, type "mail.contoso.com" (without the
quotation marks) in the "Web server name" box. If you use
http://ipaddress/exchange to access OWA, type the public IP address in the
"Web server name".

e. Go through the steps to finish the wizard.

What's the detailed error message that appears on the "Page cannot be
displayed" page?

In addition, In IIS management console, right-click companyweb and click
Properties. On the Directory Security tab, click Edit in the Authentication
and access control section. Clear all checkboxes except "Integrated Windows
authentication". Click OK twice,.
And right click companyweb in IIS console, select Permission, ensure users
are granted correct permission.
run "iisreset" and check if you can access companyweb now.

Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

Best Regards,

Chace Zhang (MSFT)
